Long-time Nashville-based office equipment supplier RJ Young is seeking to sell its Gulch property to Houston-based residential developer Dinerstein Cos., Nashville Business Journal reports.

The company, which recently saw the opening of its Millennium Music Row on 17th Avenue in Music Row, is seeking a building that would offer 351 apartments, NBJ reports, citing Metro documents.

The building would sit on two parcels with addresses of 805 and 809 Division St. The sites zoning currently allow for a building with a maximum number of 10 floors.

RJ Young also owns a parcel at 810 Division St. (Read more here[1].) Division and its side streets continue to see significant changes related to new construction, modified structures and new businesses. To the immediate east of the site sits the recently opened Broadstone Gulch, a 14-story apartment tower with a ground-level retail space.
