CHATTANOOGA ATTORNEY, FORMER STATE SENATOR NAMED TO TRIAL COURT VACANCY COMMISSION

Lt. Gov. Randy McNally has named Chattanooga attorney Harold L. "Hal" North Jr. and former state Sen. Don McLeary to serve on Tennessee's Trial Court Vacancy Commission, the Times Free Press reports[1]. North is an attorney at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel in the firms civil litigation section, and is also a former Hamilton County Republican Party chairman.
