A judge has denied a motion to disqualify Hamilton County District Attorney Neal Pinkston from prosecuting Gatlinburg, Tenn., detective Rodney Burns. Burns faces charges of aggravated perjury for testimony he gave in February about the Ooltewah High School rape case.
