Refinery423 Mercantile[1] is expanding into a second location in the first of what could be several new retail spaces at the Chattanooga Choo-Choo.

"We have so much going on at the Chattanooga Choo-Choo with the entertainment, restaurants, apartments and updated hotel rooms that I just feel like the hotel is a perfect home for retail," Choo-Choo President Adam Kinsey said.

Refinery423 MercantileEntrepreneurs Carl Greene and Keith Wooten launched their small pop-up store, which is housed inside Merchants on Main, in January.

This weekend, they will celebrate the grand opening of their second space, which is inside a train car on the Choo-Choo's grounds.

"It really flows well with our concept," Greene said of the train car atmosphere.
